Daddy Do My Hair?: No. 1: Beth’s Twists

by Tola Okogwu, illustrated by Rahima Begum

This is an adorable rhyming story about father and daughter special relationship.
Every Sunday after dinner Daddy does Beth hair exactly the way she wants it.
Many young girls hate doing their hair because it’s painful.
But Beth’s father is smart enough to transform this unwanted task into a fun game, a bonding ritual full of love.
The rhyming is well written, and I can imagine young girls asking to read this story over and over again.
